The appointments come as tgthr. continues to scale its integrated offering, bringing together creative, media, and production to deliver cohesive, outcome-driven solutions for brands.
Shamima Pereira takes on the role of Business Head. With over 14 years of experience at leading agencies including FCB Ulka, Leo Burnett, Publicis, Scarecrow, and The Womb, she brings deep expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of brands. Over the course of her career, she has worked with iconic global and Indian names such as Amul, Indian Oil, Garnier Colour Naturals, NBA, Heineken, Cathay Pacific Airways, Reliance Jewels, Tourism Australia, Dinshaw’s, Vicco, and Nilkamal. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening client partnerships and scaling business operations across markets.

Sonia Kumar joins tgthr. as the Strategy head, bringing with her strong experience in brand strategy and integrated marketing communications. Prior to this, she has worked with agencies such as Leo Burnett, Dentsu Webchutney, and DDB Mudra, where she partnered with brands across different categories, ranging from QSR, Tech, automobile, FMCG, beauty, baby care, wellness to Film marketing, textiles and many more. Some of the key brands she has worked on are McDonald’s, ASUS, HONOR, Piaggio, Piramal, Swiggy, Nestle, AlcoBev, Platinum, Hilton & Starbucks. At tgthr., she will lead the strategy division, working closely with creative and media teams to drive cohesive, insight-led solutions for clients across markets.
