Taptica and Adways Korea sign Partnership Agreement

To promote global mobile marketing campaigns

Taptica (AIM: TAP), a global end-to-end mobile advertising platform for advertising agencies and brands, announces that it has entered into a partnership with Adways Korea (“Adways”), a leader in mobile marketing leveraging its strong Asia network and part of the TSE-listed Adways Inc. group (TSE: 2489). This follows the recent establishment of Taptica’s office in Seoul, South Korea and forms part of the Company’s stated strategy to increase its presence in the Asia-Pacific region, as announced on 13 June 2016.

Under the terms of the agreement, Taptica and Adways will target the mobile games industry, which is a key area of focus for Adways. This strategic partnership was formed to facilitate global mobile app developers and other clients of Taptica to run effective and efficient mobile marketing campaigns in Asia through access to Adways’ extensive network and coverage, combined with the Company’s ever-growing database.

Adways is a global mobile marketing company and a market leader in mobile marketing leveraging its powerful group network of offices in 11 Asian countries and one in the US as well as 22 international partners. Its marketing know-how is based on data analysis from Party Track, a tracking solution to measure advertisement efficiency. Adways has an extensive track record of providing comprehensive marketing and advertisement services, from mobile marketing strategy to advertisement operation.
