Zee TV’s clutter-breaking weekend fiction show ‘Brahmarakshas – Jaag Utha Shaitan’, has already impressed viewers with its stellar cast Krystle D’souza, Aham Sharma, Rakshanda Khan and Kishwer Merchant who was recently seen playing the role of the lady Brahmarakshas. Well, there is a surprise in store for all the ardent fans of Brahmarakshas as the talented & handsome Parag Tyagi will soon return to the show. Brahmarakshas is a monster who wreaks havoc in the lives of newly-wed brides. This fierce, ominous and extremely ferocious monster is going to be back in Raina and Rishabh’s life!
There’s more! In the upcoming weekend episodes, the show is soon going to witness the entry of a new lead opposite Krystle D’souza. Playing the role of Shivam is none other than television heartthrob Karan Chhabra, making his fiction debut with Brahmarakshas.
Actor Parag Tyagi says, “I am very excited to come back on the show. It has always been very close to my heart. With the recent twists in the plot, I got a few weeks off from sitting in my vanity van to don all the elaborate make-up but now I’m back to the grind, loving it even more and realising how much I’d missed it. I look forward to a great response from the audience.”
Speaking on his association with the show Karan Chhabra says, “I look forward to joining the cast of the popular show Brahmarakshas as this will be my first association with ZEE TV and Balaji Telefilms. I am playing the role of Shivam who loves Raina and is trying his best to woo her.”
Brahmarakshas is the story of Raina and Rishabh who go to Kamalpura to attend a wedding and in an encounter with the Brahmarakshas, end up losing someone dear to them. They decide to join forces so that they can take the Brahmarakshas to task. While Appu had been turned into a lady Brahmarakshas after she killed the real one, Phuli’s son Shivam accidentally brings him back to life. Shivam is here to avenge the death of his mother who was killed by the Brahmarakshas. Is this an indication of new troubles brewing in Rishabh and Raina’s life?
