In his new role, he will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives and strengthening the channel’s brand presence in the regional entertainment market.
He joins Zee Keralam from Balaji Telefilms where he lead brand monetisation, revenue strategy and new market development for Balaji Telefilms’ digital ecosystem across South & East India, working closely with brands, agencies and internal teams to create scalable solutions. His earlier stint include working with The Muthoot Group and Radio Mirchi.
Shankar has over 13+ years of experience in building and scaling businesses, markets and monetisation engines across OTT, Digital, Radio, Events and Integrated Media. His core expertise lies in launching new products and markets from scratch, designing brand solutions, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
