Dentsu Creative UK Announce New Powerhouse Leadership Team

Chief Executive Officer Jessica Tamsedge welcomes industry-renowned Caitlin Ryan as Creative Partner. Ryan brings over two decades of experience delivering world-class impactful innovation and creativity. Most recently, while working as Meta’s Vice President Creative Shop, EMEA, she unlocked creative potential and revenue for advertisers across its platforms and markets.

Previously, as CCO at Cheil Worldwide, Ryan oversaw work for Samsung’s full product range, and during her time at Karmarama she led end-to-end solutions for clients including BBC and Honda.

Joining as Executive Creative Directors, Matt Searle and Olly Wood bring over a decade of success as partners, recognized at awards that include Cannes Lions, D&AD, CLIO and Eurobest, celebrated for their culturally resonant storytelling that pushes boundaries, spanning Gaming, Entertainment, and Sports, demonstrated through campaigns such as “3 Bar Superstar” for adidas and “Dream Transfer” for eBay.

As Head of Design, Lisa Carrana brings extensive expertise in design, design thinking, and brand identity, honed through roles at The Brand Union and McCann London. Known for her impactful visual storytelling on projects for Just Eat, eBay, and Nurofen, Lisa will also work with dentsu’s global design community to set an industry bar for creative excellence that connects audiences.

Congratulations are also in order for strategic expert Chris McKibbin who is stepping up from Group Head of Strategy to Chief Strategy Officer, highlighting the pivotal role he has played in shaping client strategies and success and in driving the agency’s recent run of pitch wins. In his new position, McKibbin will continue to align data-driven insights with bold creative concepts when leading his UK team, as well as collaborating closely with dentsu’s global strategy community.
