Victorinox India, the Indian subsidiary of the world’s largest manufacturer of Swiss army knives recently hosted a contest called #LiveYourDream wherein they encouraged their Facebook followers/fans to share their dream adventure that they wished to live!
A dream, people craved since childhood, before they became responsible and respectable adults. The dream that still had adventure singing, deep inside their souls. Everyone has something that holds them back, but Victorinox enabled these dreams of a common man to come true at absolutely zero expense to their pockets.
Four lucky people from different sectors & lifestyles won and got a chance to live their travel dream.
Of the four winners, Joshi Daniel, an adventure photographer dreamt of capturing breathtaking landscapes by trekking up to the hills, going river rafting down some of the wonderful rapids in India, followed by a bonfire on the river bank and much more! He is currently living his dream of visiting the Northern belt of India and living life at its best. Karan Pherwani, a music enthusiast, always wanted to attend rock festivals and headbang to riffs being played live by some truly wonderful musicians but didn’t want to appear naïve. Through this contest he got a chance to travel to some crazy music fests like EVC and VH1 Supersonic.
Sharvari Manakawad, the First lady Ducati owner in India always wanted to experience the diverse cultures within the country through a road trip on a bike and is now on her way from Pune to Varanasi to fulfill her dream. Last, but not the least, Swapnil Kamat, an entrepreneur who always wanted to impart knowledge of soft speaking skills and is at present training corporate executives across the country on the power of word was chosen as the last winner of the campaign.

Victorinox India sponsored the journeys of all the 4 winners wherein they also used Victorinox products to exhibit the versatility and style factor of our products from different categories viz. Timepieces, Swiss Army Knives and Travel Gear. ”
