News18 India Also Wins For Its Documentary ‘Jannat’
CNN-News18, India’s most awarded news channel, has once again been recognized for excellence in journalism at the Exchange4media News Broadcasting Awards 2016. Bhupendra Chaubey, Executive Editor, CNN-News18 has been awarded the Best Anchor – English for the primetime broadcast Big5@10.

‘Big5@10’, the show for which Bhupendra has won the award, revolves around the idea of 5 news topics which are the big talking points of the day. Bhupendra breaks each story down – highlighting 5 facts on each story or raising 5 big questions relating to the same. The show is format agnostic and could entail a debate, chat, opinion, anchor take or face-off, depending on the story. The show also has the nation’s top most commentators as exclusive experts, who share their views and opinions with the viewers.
