ZEE Biskope celebrates Mother’s Day & International Family Day by regaling audiences through content that rejoices the bond we share with our loved ones

Catering to this demand, ZEE Biskope introduces two specially curated family-centric movie line-ups this May. Living up to its promise of providing an unabashed Bhojpuri cinematic experience; the 24-hour dedicated Bhojpuri movie channel will present its viewers a special Mother’s Day movie line-up on Sunday, May 10 from 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM followed by Family Chokha Film Festival celebrating International Family Day from May 11-15, 2020 at 9:30 AM.
The love for Mother is deep rooted in the Bhojpuri culture and rituals. Mother-Son relationship has also been one of the central themes in Bhojpuri movies which further reinforces the significance placed on the role of a Mother in a family. Rejoicing the true spirit of Motherhood, ZEE Biskope’s Mother’s Day special movie line-up will comprise of titles starring the crème-de-la-crème of Bhojiwood and storylines that celebrate the bond with our mothers in all its glory. The three back-to-back blockbuster movies include ‘Real Indian Mother’featuringRani Chatterjee, ‘Doodh Ka Karz’ starring super-star Jodi, Nirahua and Khesari Lal Yadav, and ‘Dulhin Ganga Par Ke’ with Khesari Lal Yadav and Kajal Raghwani as leads. In addition to it, the special day will also feature a host of Bhojpuri celebrity bytes where they talk about the bond they share with their mothers.
Evoking the emotions of bonding and togetherness, the Family Chokha Film Festival, is themed ‘Family ke liye kuch bhi karega’ – the zeal to contribute out of the way for the wellbeing of the family. The festival line-up includes super-hit titles from Bhojiwood’s most popular stars as enumerated below.
