Get ready as this festive season is going to be even more explosive. Zee Action – India’s one stop destination for action movies – offers a thrilling ride full of supercool gadgets, fast cars, beautiful women and non-stop action through a special James Bond Film Festival aptly titled ‘Naam Hai Bond’ starting from Friday, 25th December to Thursday, 31st December at 8 PM everyday. The festival will feature handpicked seven blockbuster Bond flicks of two superstars Pierce Brosnan and the latest blue-eyed agent – Daniel Craig in Hindi.
The Channel has prepared this feast keeping the countdown to the coming year in mind. ‘Naam Hai Bond’ is a perfect combination of slick action and incredible storyline. The line-up commences with Pierce Brosnan’s ‘Tomorrow Never Dies’ on Friday, 25th December. Agent James Bond 007 is on a mission which includes a media tycoon, his former lover and a Chinese agent to stop a war between China and UK.
On Saturday, 26th December catch the gripping ‘The World is Not Enough’ starring Pierce Brosnan, Sophie Marceau, Robert Carlyle. Daniel Craig’s ‘Quantum of Solace’ will air on Sunday, 27th December, where Bond is on a hunt of a ruthless businessman Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric), a key player in the organization who is plotting to gain total control of a vital natural resource. The next flick is Pierce Brosnan starrer ‘Die Another Day’ on Monday, 28th December. Bond, after 14 months of captivity and torture is traded in a prisoner exchange. He is convinced that he has been set up by a double agent in the British government and decides to avenge his betrayal.
Tuesday, 29th December, the channel will showcase ‘Skyfall’ featuring Daniel Craig and Javier Bardem. As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter what. Following the next is ‘Golden Eye’. When a powerful satellite system falls into the wrong hands, only James Bond (Pierce Brosnan) can save the world. The festival will conclude with ‘Casino Royale’ that will air on Thursday, 31st December. Daniel Craig sets out on his first mission to defeat a weapons dealer in a high stakes game of poker at Casino Royale.
