ZEE TV’s popular primetime drama Jamai Raja recently celebrated their favourite Jamai Raja’s birthday on the set. The powerhouse of talent Ravi Dubey who plays Satya in Jamai Raja is everyone’s favourite on the set. Right from the spot boy to the producer, from the gatekeeper to the costume dada, from the canteen boy to the makeup dada; everyone on the set had their own way of surprising the actor when he reported for work on his birthday. The popular actor was overwhelmed at all the affection and was in tears of joy this Christmas as he turned 33.
Ravi shared, “I was shooting on my birthday as usual. I thought it would be just like any other day but the moment I stepped on the set, everyone just jumped out of nowhere and wished me. The entire team celebrated it with full gusto. One after the other – the make-up team, the costume team, the assistant directors, the producer, my co-actors came and surprised me with their wishes, bouquets and gifts. There was a cake explosion on the set … I think I cut anywhere between 6- 7 cakes before I left. I am blessed to have so much love and positivity from everyone. I was very happy that I celebrated my birthday by doing what I love the most – acting and being around my team. I would like to thank my whole team of Jamai Raja for making my birthday special.”
In the upcoming episodes of Jamai Raja, viewers can look forward to Dhruv and Kajal’s mehendi ceremony where Dhruv tries to misbehave with Mahi (played by Shiny Doshi). On the other hand, Satya will get furious and beat up Dhruv due to which Kajal will remove Satya from the house. What will Satya do now?
