NDTV and Dettol proudly announce the landmark 12th season of Banega Swasth India—India’s foremost and longest running television health campaign—taking center stage with transformative launches, high-impact partnerships, and a powerful call for individual and collective action.

This year’s grand telethon on 2nd October 2025 will see Campaign Brand Ambassador Actor Ayushmann Khurrana ignite the show with a heartfelt invocation of the campaign’s theme, “I Am the Change,” and the uplifting call for action, “Mere Dus Gaz Se Viksit Bharat Tak” (“From My Ten Yards to a Developed India”).

The aim is to turn every individual into an agent of health transformation—at home, in the community, and across the nation.

Mega Launches, Maximum Impact:

‘Hygieia’ AI Chatbot Launch; India’s first hygiene chatbot, democratizing health guidance in 22 local and 4 global languages.

Swasth Bharat Champ Hygiene Loyalty Card Program: India’s first-ever non-financial hygiene loyalty card for children, leveraging gamification and rewards to build lifelong healthy habits and drive behaviour change at scale.

Dettol Accessibility Curriculum: A world-first digital curriculum for children who are blind, deaf, mute, or autistic, promoting health equity and leaving no child behind.

Awards for Maternal and Child Health Tech Accelerators innovating for medical and hygiene help for mothers and children, focusing on the critical first 1,000 days.

Showcase of Success Stories & Community Impact: Real stories of change from Dettol hygiene champions, schools, and partners that illustrate a decade-long journey of the impact of Banega Swasth India.

The telethon will play host to Her Excellency the President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, alongside distinguished national leaders such as Smt. Anandi Ben, Hon’ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh and Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, Hon’ble CM of Odisha— and an assembly of commitment to public health and dignity. Spectacular performances and appearances by renowned celebrities— Malaika Arora, Nimrat Kaur, Jasmine Sandlas, and more—will amplify the movement’s reach and resonance.
