Creator18, India’s leading creator-led platform and a venture of Network18, has strengthened its leadership team as it scales its creators’ roster and builds talent-led intellectual properties (IPs) for India’s rapidly evolving creator economy.
Creator18 is led by Anurag Iyer, as Chief Executive Officer. He brings over 15 years of experience across creator economy, culture marketing, content monetization and digital media. Prior to joining Creator18, he served as CEO of Big Bang Social, where he focused on building scalable creator-led monetization models and long-term intellectual property businesses. And was also a part of Tiktok where he spent time building creator monetization products such as creator marketplace and Tiktok Shop.
The platform has brought together senior talent across media, entertainment, technology, and influencer marketing. Ajitanshu Ramji joins from Collective Artists Network/Meta as Lead, Talent Partnerships and Growth; Priyanka Ganwani joins from Sony Music as Lead, IP, Content Packaging and GTM; Shrujal Doshi joins from DCAA as Senior Talent Manager; and Mohit Khanduri joins from Mad Influence as Head of Operations, Influencer Marketing.
The expanded leadership team brings together talent management, content, IP development, brand partnerships and operations, reinforcing Creator18’s positioning as a creator-led media network with culture marketing at its core.
Creator18 is built around a simple conviction: Creators don’t just need brand deals; they need the right ecosystem for long-term growth. The platform brings together structured talent support, industry expertise, and access to brands and opportunities to help creators turn audience influence into building distinctive IPs, deeper partnerships, and sustainable businesses.
At the heart of Creator18’s approach is the belief that the next phase of the creator economy will be defined not simply by the size of an audience, but by the strength of the voice behind it and the ability to turn influence into enduring cultural relevance. Backed by Network18’s media scale, credibility and new-media expertise, Creator18 aims to give India’s most distinctive creators the infrastructure and positioning to build that relevance and impact on their own terms, while creating assets and opportunities that can grow with them over the long term.
Creator18’s roster currently spans categories including auto, technology, infotainment, luxury, lifestyle, travel, and entertainment. The platform has already partnered with leading brands, including Meta, Amazon Prime, Airtel, Philips, Google Pixel, Amazon, Women’s Premier League, Swiggy and many more, and has run campaigns for brands such as Samsung.
