Minister D. Sridhar Babu and more than 20 business leaders honoured at the conclave
Hyderabad has moved beyond its established identity as an IT services outsourcing centre to position itself as an international hub for Global Capability Centres, innovation and high-value, technology-led activity, said D Sridhar Babu, Telangana’s Minister for Industries and Commerce, IT and Legislative Affairs. He was speaking at ZEE Media and SAP’s ‘Architects of Viksit Bharat’, which visited the technology city after its successful conclave in national capital New Delhi, celebrating the entrepreneurs and business leaders shaping India’s development journey towards Viksit Bharat 2047.
Delivering the conclave’s keynote as Chief Guest, Sridhar Babu pointed to the expanding opportunities across Telangana and the transformative role of technology in reshaping businesses. He highlighted the state’s growing contribution to India’s economic and technology landscape. He was felicitated with GCC Leadership Honours by Zee Media and SAP.

Speaking at the event, Telangana’s political leadership highlighted how policy and enterprise must advance together if India is to meet its Viksit Bharat 2047 ambition.
Etela Rajender, Member of Parliament, Malkajgiri, and former finance minister of Telangana, spoke about the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and the role the state’s entrepreneurs and businesses are playing in advancing that national ambition.
He underlined the responsibility of policymakers in creating an enabling environment in which businesses can innovate, scale and contribute to economic growth.
Captain N Uttam Kumar Reddy, Telangana’s Minister for Irrigation, Food and Civil Supplies, talked about the expanding entrepreneurial landscape and the opportunities opening up for businesses and innovators as the state strengthens its position as a technology and enterprise hub.
More than 20 visionaries honoured
The conclave honoured more than 20 business leaders and visionaries for their contribution across healthcare, pharma, infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, retail, technology, aerospace and other emerging sectors.
Abhishek Sahi from SAP set the context in his opening address, outlining how the tech giant is working across industries to enable Indian businesses through technology, digital transformation and automation, and to help enterprises become more agile, efficient and future-ready.
The session ‘DNA & Data: Decoding the Future of Healthcare’, featured Anuradha Acharya, Founder & CEO, MapmyGenome. The growing role of genomics, data and technology in transforming healthcare, and the possibilities of personalised and preventive healthcare in India were explored.
A panel discussion titled ‘India Enters the AInterprise Era?’ examined how Artificial Intelligence is transforming Indian enterprises and reshaping the way businesses operate, innovate and compete. The panel brought together B Ajith Reddy, CEO, Invest Telangana; Madhukar Gangadi Reddy, MD & CEO, MedPlus Health Services Ltd; Sankeerth Reddy, Managing Director, Sushee Infra & Mining Ltd; and Sravan Kumar Pothu, CEO, Vestrics Solutions.
The discussion ‘Hyderabad Hyperscales India’s Ascent into Space’, explored the city’s growing deep-tech, aerospace and innovation ecosystem and its role in advancing India’s ambitions in the global space economy. It brought together

With Hyderabad as its latest destination, Architects of Viksit Bharat continues its journey of recognising the homegrown enterprises and visionary leaders contributing to India’s transformation.
