Talking about the initiatives, Rajesh Upadhyay – Editor In Chief- Jagran New Media, said, “Many people around the world have lost their lives due to the flow of misinformation. The biggest concern is that misinformation is easily accessible and it reaches you effortlessly. A slight omission in a piece of information can turn it into a disaster. Therefore, fact checking of unverified information in timely manner is the necessity of the hour. To fight this menace, Vishvas News has now brought the Fact Check Chatbot on WhatsApp. I will request the WhatsApp users to connect and communicate with the bot to quickly know the Real TRUTH behind any viral or fake news.”
