Httpool is pleased to announce the appointment of Rucha Bhalekar as Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications activities across the APAC region. She is based out of Httpool’s Mumbai office and in addition to India responsible also for Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Bangladesh.
In her new role at Httpool, Bhalekar will report to Sunny Nagpal, Co-Founder and Regional Managing Director of Httpool APAC, and lead the brand marketing, and communication function to support and accelerate the growth of Httpool and its partners, including Twitter, Facebook, GrabAds, Lifesight, Opera, and others.
Commenting on the appointment, Sunny Nagpal, Co-Founder and Regional Managing Director for Httpool APAC, said, “At Httpool, we continue to invest in the right talent and build a leadership base in India to support regional expansion in Asia. Rucha’s experience in building local and global brands will be an important asset as we take Httpool to a more geographically widespread audience in the Asian countries.”

Bhalekar has more than a decade of experience in the field of branding and communication. Before joining Httpool, she led marketing, public relations, and corporate communications for the Isobar India Group from the Dentsu Aegis Network.
