With an illustrious career spanning over 17 years across leading media houses, Sonal is widely regarded as a powerhouse storyteller, editor, and on-screen journalist. She has consistently delivered award-winning content and is known for her ability to engage audiences with credible, impactful narratives.
In addition to her journalistic accomplishments, Sonal is a Harvard-certified nutritionist, bringing a unique blend of editorial expertise and scientific understanding to her new role. Her mission is to drive meaningful, science-backed conversations on health and well-being, a cause that is especially timely as India experiences a transformative health movement.
Sonal will report to B. V. Rao and collaborate closely with Supriya Prasad on select initiatives aimed at expanding the Group’s influence in the health and wellness space.
