
5 years back “Out of passion” came into existence and a journey of flavour and culinary delight started. Sugandha, now a passionate chef was an Assistant Professor with Symbiosis (UG) College, at Pune. She also took up a corporate job in one of the top companies of India, to do what we all do, earn good money and have a good life. But after doing all this for 6 years and taking a sabbatical of 2 years due to advent of beautiful motherhood she decided follow her calling which was to feed people.
“Since childhood, food has been a celebration for me and my family. My mother is a home chef and she used to take cooking classes at home. Watching her cook was always exciting. I guess, since then, cooking became an integral part of my life. When it comes to inspiration, I can name two pillars… My mom and Ranveer Brar… Yes the famous celebrity chef, though I have never met him. Sugandha started Out of Passion, as a small catering business, operating out of her home kitchen. Her efforts and magic of taste was well received and appreciated by all the most famous being but not limited to Lal Maas, Butter Chicken and Biryani in addition to dishes from around the world. Besides this, she has recently started a Youtube Channel and Instagram handle to share her recipes with a larger crowd on a wider platform.
