Celebrating 25 years of Indo-German partnership, the Summit will feature high-level discussions on democracy, development, trade, and innovation, bolstering bilateral collaboration in a shifting global landscape.
TV9 Network upped its global foray at a joint press conference featuring Barun Das, MD and CEO of the network, Florian Hassler, State Secretary of the State of Baden-Württemberg, and Rouven Kasper, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer of VfB Stuttgart 1893 AG, as TV9 Network officially announced the second edition of the highly successful News9 Global Summit Germany, scheduled to take place from October 8 to 10, 2025, underscoring the growing Indo-German collaboration and the significance of the Summit on the global stage.
Fuelling enthusiasm for the Summit Barun Das, MD & CEO, TV9 Network said, “The second edition of the News9 Global Summit is a bridge between two innovation-driven democracies. The Summit will also celebrate 10 years of the strategic partnership between the Indian state of Maharashtra and Germany’s Baden-Württemberg state, underlining how sub-national cooperation can serve as a catalyst for international diplomacy.
Das also acknowledged India’s rich and diverse media ecosystem, noting the widespread presence of regional language news channels as a testament to the country’s cultural vibrancy and democratic depth.
