NYF Television & Film Awards Unveils New Program Promotion Team of the Year Award

New York Festivals® International Television & Film Awards unveiled a new special industry award, the Program Promotion Team of the Year Award.

“With the inaugural Program Promotion Team of the Year award, we honor the body of innovative work for promos in the same way we honor Broadcaster of the Year and Production Company of the Year,” said Rose Anderson, executive director of NYF’s International TV & Film awards. “This new industry award for achievement will let us acknowledge the Promo MVPs of the various departments – creative services, digital marketing, creative marketing, and on-air promotion – whose game changing storytelling commands the attention of audiences around the globe.”

NYF by way of its Grand Jury will present this newly minted award to the creative team with the highest scores for entries and largest medal count across all promotion categories and all platforms regardless of who submitted the entry. The award for Program Promotion Team of the Year will presented at the 2016 New York Festivals International Television & Film Awards gala taking place April 19th at NAB in Las Vegas.

New York Festivals Television & Film Awards annually evaluates their roster of awards to ensure that the competition offers opportunities to honor all genres of programming being created today.
