Promotes Vivek Bhargava to CEO of DAN Performance Group
iProspect India, the digital agency from Dentsu Aegis Network, has appointed Rubeena Singh as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective this December. The move coincides with former CEO Vivek Bhargava being elevated to a larger role in the form of CEO of DAN Performance Group, heading and responsible for all the Digital Performance Agencies of Dentsu Aegis Media. In this new arrangement, Rubeena Singh will report into Vivek Bhargava.
Rubeena brings with her extensive experience in running a market-leading digital business, coupled with the necessary skills and persona to lead iProspect India into the next stage of its evolution as India’s leading performance marketing agency. Under her leadership, iProspect India aims to achieve its goal of becoming the advisor of choice to its clients (both new and existing), helping them navigate the ever changing digital world and achieve maximum possible return on investment basis their marketing spends. Her deep understanding of traditional as well digital media will boost efforts of winning new business from clients as well as reinforce iProspect India’s goal of increasing market share as marketing monies continue to move from TV and print to digital media faster than ever before.
Prior to iProspect India, Rubeena was COO, moneycontrol.com for over three years, wherein she spearheaded business strategy, marketing, sales, operations and P&L. In her earlier 12-year stint with Network18, she has held various senior positions across its print and TV properties including Forbes India, CNBC TV18, CNBC Awaaz, CNN News 18 and News18 India. Before joining Network 18, Rubeena spent four years at Star TV India, where she helped build recognition for Star News in the highly cluttered Hindi news space.
