Mogae Media has hired research and media veteran Prashant Sanwal to head its analytics unit, Incelligence. He will be based at the company’s Gurgaon headquarters.
Prashant has a vast and diverse professional experience and his career has evolved from heading functions like Marketing and Research to Business units with P&L responsibility. He has had a successful track record of providing Strategic direction to enhance brands and business growth for companies, whilst building, managing and nurturing teams. An alumnus of FMS, Delhi, he has worked as Head of Strategic Planning – Lowe Lintas, Head of Pathfinders India, VP Programming and Marketing – Sony Entertainment Television, Business Head – Sony Max, Business Head – Zee Alphas and Head of Strategic Planning, Marketing & Research – TV Today Network
Prashant is also trained in Transformational Coaching with Franklin Covey, the world’s largest training company, and Paulette Rao, one of the topmost coaches in the world. He is an ACC, accredited with the International Coach Federation, the world’s largest and most reputed organization in this space. Prashant has an experience of over 200 hours of successful coaching.

The Incelligence group at Mogae will soon be releasing India’s first ever compendium of consumer infographics on the mobile market. Currently Mogae has a team of 15 trained analysts who mine and interpret real-time usage data, especially at Airtel.
40 new recruits from IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee, BITS Pilani, Delhi School of Economics, IIM Shillong, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Indore, IIM Rohtak, XLRI and other leading B-schools joined Mogae earlier this month, and will be based at its Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore offices. Many of them have been assigned to Incelligence.
