Chef Ranjith journeys through 14 districts of Kerala, uncovering 14 iconic dishes and the fascinating stories behind their origins.
These creations celebrate the richness of the traditional plantain leaf spread, enhancing its timeless cultural flavours with a modern twist. The recipes are available on Quaker India’s Instagram and YouTube, where easy-to-follow videos invite consumers to add oats to their own festive feasts.
