AdCounty Media, a multi-national digital marketing agency and tech provider, today announced a hike of 10% of gross salary to all employees for the next two months, in a bid to ease out any financial constraints that their employees might be facing due to the Covid-19 crisis.
“We hope this will help our employees with any additional responsibilities that they face, such as supporting family members, inflation, caring for the sick and elderly etc.” said Delphin Varghese, Co-Founder, AdCounty Media.
They also pledge to provide work from home and dedicated mentorship to all their team members, till the time this crisis passes.
