Celebrate Women, This Women’s Day With &flix’s Special Binge Of Female-centric Films

Sister channel &PriveHD will broadcast a Twilight binge for all the female fans

The queen of emotions, the empress of power, the goddess of love and the deity of beauty- Women are known to embrace the best within themselves. This International Women’s Day on 8th March, &flix invites you to spend your day with the awesome women of Hollywood for whom nothing is impossible! Celebrating the awesomeness and wonders of the central role that women play in every person’s life, the day’s binge includes titles such as Life In A Year, Gyul-Baek, Dream Horse, I Know What you Did Last Summer and Zero Dark Thirty. Start the day at 8 AM and enjoy the continuous flow of drama, emotions, love and action on your screens.

Start the day with the tender romance drama Life In a Year starring Cara Delevingne and Jaden Smith. The film is a heartfelt story of a teenager who finds out that his girlfriend is dying and sets out to make her life special in a year that is left for her. Next comes the story of mother-daughter love in the Korean film ‘Gyul-Baek’ starring Hye-Sun Shin, Chong-ok Bae, Joon-ho Huh, Kyung Hong and Hang-ho. It focuses on the story of a young lawyer Ahn Jung-in (Hye-Sun Shin) who uncovers the secrets of an isolated village while defending her estranged mother in a murder trial. Dream Horse is an eye-pleasing spectacle, the story of the life of a Welsh bartender Jan Vokes (Toni Collette). It shows her journey of training her horse to become a racehorse even while she lacked the necessary experience and money. The horror mystery I know What you Did Last Summer is the story of four young friends bound by a tragic accident who make the fatal mistake of dumping their victim’s body into the sea. But does this settle the scores? Tune in to &flix to witness the biggest story of revenge. The day ends with the war film Zero Dark Thirty which is a chronicle of the decade-long hunt for al-Qaeda terrorist leader Osama bin Laden after the September 2001 attacks, and his death at the hands of the Navy SEAL Team 6 in May 2011.

&PrivéHD on Women’s Day will dedicate its offerings to all females with a special binge of What Women Love! The channel will telecast a binge of one of the most loved film franchises Twilight. Witness the story of Bella (Kristen Stewart) whose life changes when she moves to a new town and falls in love with her classmate Edward (Robert Pattinson). But what happens when Bella discovers Edward to be a 108-year-old vampire.
