Express Adda with writer Amitav Ghosh

Express Adda was back in Delhi with a novelist, who is well known for his writing style all across the world. Amitav Ghosh who is just out with his latest book, The Great Derangement: Climate Change and the Unthinkable, was our guest at Express Adda, held recently at The Lalit Hotel, New Delhi.

The writer spoke about his experiences and concerns on the threats of climate change in the world. Mr. Ghosh took questions ranging from issues related to climate change, religion, migration and national and international politics.

The discussion was moderated by Seema Chishti, Deputy Editor, The Indian Express.

The evening saw a huge turnout, with the city’s “matteratti” including corporates, diplomats, artists, lawyers, politicians, intellectuals and advertising honchos among the audience.
